While we work hard to create products that last a lifetime, we know that occasionally you may need to replace a small part on your furniture. If you find yourself needing replacement parts, please follow these instructions.
Take photos of the unit in its entirety, as well as the part needing replacement; if possible, provide the Jonti-Craft product number.
Send the photo(s).
Provide a complete ship-to address (Business Name/Name, Street Address, City, State/Providence, and Zip/Postal Code) and a contact phone number.
What Happens Next?
A Jonti-Craft sales representative will review your request and reach out for any additional information. Once everything is confirmed, we'll send an order acknowledgment for your review, along with a credit card form for payment. Payments must be made via credit card or check before your order can be processed.
