We round all edges to make them KYDZSafe®, utilize full-length KYDZHinges® that minimize the chance of pinching little fingers, and are constantly looking for new ways to improve all safety features. In an effort to make continual improvements, we reserve the right to redesign or replace materials without prior notice.

Warranty. We back the construction of our products with a limited warranty so that you can make your purchases with confidence. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, simply call your Customer Relations Specialist before it has been used, and we will arrange to have it shipped back to Jonti-Craft. Detailed information concerning our warranty can be obtained from a Jonti-Craft Customer Relations Specialist or online at www.jonti-craft.com/warranty

Order Changes and Cancellations. Jonti-Craft prefers orders to be submitted electronically (EDI or email). We will also accept orders via fax or US mail. We do not accept phone orders. All orders are subject to acceptance by Jonti-Craft. Any additional or different terms or provisions in documents provided by dealer relating to such order shall not apply to such order, are hereby objected to by Jonti-Craft and shall be of no force or effect. A 2% fee (calculated on the total value of the order) or $50 (whichever is greater) will be charged for all requested changes in ship date, ship via, and/or ship-to address. Storage and transportation fees may be applied to shipment delays beyond two weeks.

Custom Product Orders. Jonti-Craft offers custom products—contact us to discuss how we can create the perfect furniture for your customers’ needs. Jonti-Craft requires payment at the time of order placement for custom item orders. Custom item orders cannot be cancelled or returned (except for warranty-related returns). Jonti-Craft requires customers to sign-off on product drawings and terms prior to order placement. Note - Back options and non-standard colors are considered custom items.

Larger-than-Normal Orders. It is possible that an order for catalog item(s) may be treated as a custom order when the order requires additional planning and/or purchasing beyond normal Jonti-Craft processes. Custom Product Order rules will apply, including advance receipt of payment and sign-off by the respective dealer prior to Jonti-Craft accepting the order. Upon receipt of such an order, Jonti-Craft will notify the dealer of these guidelines and require sign-off from said dealer. Similar to custom orders, “larger-than-normal” orders cannot be cancelled or returned (except for warranty-related returns).

Bids & Quantity Discounts. Please contact your Sales Representative to request bid pricing or quantity discounts.

Payment Terms. Net 30 days date of invoice. If you are a new dealer, please call for a credit application. Orders will be on a pre-pay basis until credit terms have been approved. Jonti-Craft retains a security interest in all products until it receives payment in full for such products.

Pricing. The prices contained in our pricelist are valid for the time period denoted except as follows. Jonti-Craft will attempt to notify dealers via email 90 days prior toa pricing change, but terms and pricing are subject to change without notice. Jonti-Craft establishes pricing for the next year before October 1 and strives to honor that pricing for the subsequent full calendar year. Please ensure you are registered to receive Jonti-Craft’s dealer emails by contacting your Customer Relations Specialist. Jonti-Craft reserves the right to discontinue products, change product specifications and to make price adjustments due to product discontinuation, raw material/supply changes, currency fluctuations, freight and/or fuel surcharges, errors in advertisement, or other extenuating circumstances, all without notice.

Shipping. All orders are delivered FOB Jonti-Craft’s facility in Wabasso, MN. Jonti-Craft’s Customer Relations Specialists will, at your request, research shipping options for each order to be delivered. In some cases, it may be determined that an OS3 item will be shipped via less-than-truckload (LTL). Your Customer Relations Specialist will be happy to answer any questions concerning the method of shipment. To receive a freight estimate, please login to Partner-NET. Shipping times for orders are posted on Partner-NET. Jonti-Craft only ships complete orders. Expedited shipment service is available at the expense of the dealer.

Freight Estimates. Freight estimate information is based on actual box sizes. Jonti-Craft has freight-all-kind and discounts that apply to box-only shipments, not the cubic dimensions of the entire shipment. Jonti-Craft also has tariffs that include pallet fees waived. Jonti-Craft is not responsible for freight quotes by other carriers. Jonti-Craft is also not responsible for third party freight reclassification. Freight estimates are valid for 10 days after creation, and are an estimate only. Accessorial charges including residential/home delivery, limited access site, inside delivery, lift gate, return receipt, advanced delivery notification, storage, refused shipment, and delivery driver assistance are the responsibility of the customer and may result in an additional invoice. Even where Jonti-Craft assists in making arrangements for shipments, Jonti-Craft will not be your agent or broker in connection with any such shipments.

Receiving Shipments. At Jonti-Craft, our packaging meets or exceeds most industry standards. Damaged shipments from our factory are at an incredibly low one-half of a percent; however, damage can occur. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify and inspect all shipments, including drop shipments, at the time of delivery. Be sure to check for concealed damage. If you are not satisfied with the condition or quality of the shipment, make note of it on the bill of lading before the freight carrier leaves, or refuse the shipment. If the shipment is received with damages incurred during shipping, make sure to take pictures to document the condition in which the package(s) was received and keep the original box and packaging at the original delivery site in order for Jonti-Craft and the freight carrier to participate in claim processing. All damages must be reported to the freight carrier or your Jonti-Craft Customer Relations Specialist within 3 business days of receiving the damaged shipment. If the product was shipped via third party logistics, it is the dealer’s responsibility to file a freight claim with the carrier.

Returns. You must follow the procedure outlined in the Jonti-Craft limited warranty with regard to all returns. All returns are subject to a minimum of 20% restocking (except for warranty-related returns), plus return freight. Items that are not returned in original packaging and/or condition are subject to additional charges after inspection.

Product Info & Photography. Please contact your Sales Representative to verify exact product information such as weights, measurements, shipping methods, warranty, etc. Information may vary slightly and should be considered approximate for description purposes. Comprehensive product data (spreadsheet), product photography, and other merchandising tools are available upon request.

Customized Handling. To best serve all of our customers, Jonti-Craft optimizes our shipping and handling processes—including labeling, pallets, packaging, carrier selection, etc. At an additional cost, dealers can request customized handling. Additional fees include, but are not limited to:

• A $250 fee will be charged for hand-stacking shipments (per trailer).
• A $1,000 annual fee will be charged for third party logistics using non-Tier 1 carriers and/or requiring custom processes, including:
• Non-standard Jonti-Craft bill of lading or contacting carrier prior to the day of desired pick-up.
• Manual dealer portal maintenance (acknowledgments, tracking information, etc.)
• A fee of $2 per box will be charged for custom labeling on boxes up to a maximum fee of $200 per truckload.
• Orders that require specific pallet weight and pallet size information are subject to a special fee.
• Orders that require contacting the dealer or third party logistic company to determine the freight carrier after the order has been received are subject to a special fee.
• Requests to combine shipments are subject to a special fee.
