We believe in quality and stand behind our promise to offer you a product you can count on with our Product Limited Warranty. If you decide you need to return a product purchased directly from us, we are happy to help. See the terms and steps below so that we can process your return:
Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with a product you purchased directly from us, the product may be returned to us (subject to the Exceptions below) if it meets the following requirements:
- Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
- Products must include all bundled items, components and parts (including hardware, labels, assembly and usage instructions, etc.) as contained in the original shipment to you.
Returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and be requested within 30 days’ of the date of delivery.
Damaged or Defective Products
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival for any freight damage or concealed damage. If you received a product with freight damage or concealed damage, please see our Terms & Conditions (Part Two: Terms of Sale).
If you received a defective product, please take advantage of our Product Limited Warranty.
Products damaged during initial assembly or products damaged during subsequent use do not constitute damaged or defective items subject to this Return Policy or our Product Limited Warranty and such products cannot be returned and will not be accepted by us.
Returns Process
To initiate a return, within 30 days from date of delivery, you must:
- Contact us to initiate a return, including obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), return instructions and arrangements to have the product shipped back to us. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA#. We reserve the right to request additional information and/or images.
- Within 30 days from date of delivery, return the item via a shipping carrier of your choosing in its original packaging and including all bundled items, components and parts. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs and bear the risk of loss during shipment, so please package your return carefully.
- Include in your return shipment the RMA# and the original packing slip.
Refunds
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be made to the original payment method (minus the restocking fee) after your return is inspected and if it is found to be in good, resalable condition. Refunds vary depending on the method of payment. Please note that it can take up to 10 additional days for your bank or payment company to process the refund back to your card or account.
Return Exceptions
The following products are not eligible for returns and will not be accepted:
- Products designated at the time of purchase as “Final Sale,” “Non-Returnable,” or similar designation.
- Products purchased from any other seller other than Jonti-Craft, Inc., including from any authorized dealer or retailer. You must contact that seller about their returns policy.
- Products with ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
- Used, soiled, damaged or altered products. Please be aware that damage includes any shipping damage during the return of the product(s).
We will not accept any returns of products that are excluded above. If returned to us, your product will either be destroyed or returned back to you, at our discretion and without notice, and no refund will be offered.
Past Abuse of Returns Policy
In the rare event that we determine there has been an abuse of our Returns Policy, we reserve the right not to accept a return, even if it otherwise meets our Returns Policy, in order to ensure that every return is handled with fairness and protects the integrity of our customers and brand.
Exchanges Policy
We do not offer exchanges. However, you can return a product (subject to our Returns Policy) and place a new order for a different product.
Changes to Returns Policy
This Return Policy is subject to change without notice. The version of this Return Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your purchase.
